Listings your property on Accomm4Students is entirely free, and always will be. We send a member of our team to verify your property and pictures, and create your listing, optimised for finding your preferred tenant type, eg NSFAS, Cash, mid-term, annual, campus-specific, age-range etc.
There are no upfront build fees. Your listing is created, optimised, and managed by us, and includes all advertising, web-hosting and management costs. Every listing includes the release of your first 5 qualified leads at no additional cost.
